Steve Scalone on Building a Body of Work in Urban Photography
Supported by ILFORD
Saturday 11 May 2019, 10am—4pm
Follow acclaimed photographer Steve Scalone as he introduces a refreshing viewpoint on composition and anticipating the decisive moment in your photography.
Be prepared to rethink the way you view the environment around you and learn how to recognise compositional elements within any urban environment. Develop a better understanding of what it takes to shape an image well before you bring the camera up to your eye.
This workshop will include many practical components beginning with a photo walk to put into practice earlier discussions on composition. Steve will show examples of Lightroom post production techniques including a demonstration on importing, culling and enhancing a body of work, to complete your entire visual process. You will edit and enhance your images into a body of work that is not only visually appealing but also has a strong narrative.
Perfect for street, urban and travel photography.
