Proceeds supporting CCP's 35th Anniversary Program
Join us at CCP for a private dinner and discussion celebrating the iconic Australian feminist photographer Ruth Maddison’s survey exhibition It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. The evening will see Maddison in conversation with National Gallery of Australia Curator of International Art Dr Shaune Lakin, leading a tour of the exhibition and bringing to life many of the rich stories found within.
To mark the beginning of CCP’s 35th anniversary year, we celebrate and recognise our diverse and long-standing community. Maddison was one of CCP's 13 founders and her unrelenting devotion to image making and those she has captured remains unchanged over her 45 years of social documentary practice. Join us for this intimate dinner amongst a survey of her well loved and enticing photographs, presented in partnership with Congress.
